Stuart Stead Head of Property & Construction Cowgills
We praise local homebuilders for improving our communities.
The Cowgills North West Homebuilder Awards is the event for small to medium sized homebuilders to come together to celebrate and recognise the excellent work that takes place to meet the country’s growing need for new homes.
Awards done differently.
The first of its kind – not just in the North West – but in the UK. Specifically acknowledging the hard work being undertaken by SMEs to meet the region’s housing requirements.
All categories are open exclusively for entry by SMEs with the awards focusing on the work being completed by homebuilders and developers in the North West.
To maintain the integrity of the awards, sponsors and judges are not eligible to enter an award.
Bolton Lads & Girls Club is one of the UK’s largest and oldest youth clubs, dedicated to supporting young people across Bolton.
Established to provide a safe, welcoming, and inspiring environment, the club offers a wide range of activities, from sports and arts to personal development programmes.
It plays a vital role in helping children and teenagers build confidence, develop new skills, and access positive opportunities.
